Facial aesthetics at the booth of youth. It’s not all about price.
Thinking about Botox or dermal fillers? Now, more than ever, we are all very price conscious. As the cost-of-living crisis looms, all of us are naturally thinking more about how they save money. And that’s true when it comes to essentials and when it comes to more ‘non-essentials’ like beauty or facial aesthetic treatments. But, for many people facial aesthetics, such as Botox injections or dermal fillers, are an important part of their life – making them feel energised or refreshed.
But, something that’s important for anyone considering facial aesthetics, or indeed any skilled facial or medical procedure, is that price should never be the only factor you consider.
About facial aesthetic treatment pricing
At the booth of youth all of our prices are as competitive as they can possibly be. The main reason for that is that we would prefer people came to us – a safe, insured, registered medical environment, rather than a ‘high street’ beauty salon, more often than not unregulated, un-indemnified and with non-medically qualified staff.
But, here’s the thing – there are cheaper places to get facial aesthetics done in London. There’s many of them. At beauty salons, on discount sites like Wowcher and Groupon etc. Why? Because price is definitely not everything….
Price isn’t everything
Please be super careful if choosing one of these facial aesthetics providers offering cheap Botox or cheap fillers in London. You must check what materials they are using, what indemnity insurance they have, what facial aesthetics qualifications they have (for example have they got medical qualification (for example, Medical Doctor, Dentist or Dental Hygienist plus Level 7 Facial Aesthetics). And ask what materials they use. For example, Botox is a brand – but it’s widely used as a catch all term for any anti-wrinkle injection. So, whilst someone may advertise ‘Botox treatments’, this doesn’t necessarily mean they are using Botox brand. And, there are differences between big brands and ‘budget’ brands – in quality, price, reliability and case history. At the booth of youth we only ever use leading brands for our facial aesthetics at our centre in Waterloo, London, such as Botox Aesthetics, Juvaderm, and Profhilo.
So remember, when dealing with anything involving your body or medical procedures, please don’t only let price be the influence.
